UPDATE #1: I want to upgrade this post. Tim, a Manager, from Stanley phone me this afternoon to let me know that he wanted me to be a happy customer. After, I explained that his service supplier piled all around my bed, and also the items underneath my bed, billed me an outrageous price and that they were running a promotion for servicing a house/yard much larger than mine to get $135, he offered me service for 1/2 of everything I had been billed ($485), but would not honor the promotion. hop over to these guys
I think Tim felt good about his offer. I obviously didn't, and remain an unhappy customer. I told Tim when my workers treated people and provided service the way Stanley had done, I'd have given my services away free of charge and done anything necessary to correct the issue. .
UPDATE #2: Another update. . .Tim only called back and said he felt bad about the way I'd been treated all day and wanted to honor the promotion price for $135. It is actually kind of Tim to reconsider. I expect Stanley invests in training its staff on customer service and being good citizens.
